INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO D.LGS. 196/2003
Hereby, in accordance with the latest provisions contained in the European Regulation no. 679/2016 of 14.04.2016, effective from 25.05.2018, we list the operations carried out by the CITERA Department in relation to the collection, storage and processing of the member's personal data and the purposes we pursue with each of them:
a) collection and storage of your personal data for the sole purpose of providing the service (provision of the course or certification and related preparatory and complementary activities);
b) collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative-accounting purposes (related to the management of registrations, invoicing, refunds and other activities of an administrative and accounting nature for internal purposes only);
c) use of the data by the CITERA Department in order to inform and update you on the courses / activities to which you are enrolled;
d) use of the data by the CITERA Department in order to inform and update you on courses, certifications and other initiatives planned by the CITERA Department on the topics of your interest;
We hereby point out that the personal data you provide will be part exclusively of the electronic archive of the CITERA Department and will in no way be communicated or disseminated to third parties. For such personal information, the SV may request, at any time, changes, additions or cancellations by sending a request to the email address info@gis-bim.eu.
The granting of consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above is necessary. In case of refusal to give consent, it will not be possible to provide the requested services as the aforementioned activities are functional to the organization and provision of services.
The provision to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes referred to in point d) above is optional.
Please note that in relation to minors, consent is valid from the age of 16. Before this age, the consent of the parent or guardian is required.
By sending the data just entered, you declare your consent to the processing of data for points a, b and c.
